R Script For Mixed Linear Model (Mlm) To Do Association Mapping
I am looking for r script for mixed linear model (MLM) analysis to do association mapping using tetraploid SNP markers in potato. I want to include in the analysis phenotypic data, genotypic data (SNP-marker), population structure and kinship matrix. In tetraploid SNP marker there are 5 possible genotype groups, for example, AAAA, AAAC, AACC, ACCC and CCCC
