i am trying to find analysis ready GWAS data (phenotypic and genotypic) of a model organism (such as Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster or Arabidopsis thalianaI). ideally this should be an already performed study (like this one on yeast http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v494/n7436/full/nature11867.html), so that I can re-analyse the data and compare my results to the ones already published.

i am struggling to find understandable and ready to analyse data (so that there is, say, a .csv file with phenotypic values and a .csv file with marker/snp data), data here for example doesn't tick these boxes and I couldn't extract it for analysis.
