How To Make Circular Diagrams For Plasmids To Allow For Easy Comparison

I have sequences of several hundred plasmids in embl format. I want to make circular diagrams of them showing CDS and protein names for quick comparison. I am wondering if there is any tool which can run in batch to make such diagrams. The idea is to classify those prasmds in separate groups. Thanks,

You can actually go for circos to generate such diagrams with high quality.

Vector NTI is very expensive commercial software, but it works.
CLC Sequence Viewer is another alternative
