Antibiotics Pdb Models

Hi, I'm looking for a place where i can find pdb models for antibiotics. A quick google search didn't show anything so i hope someone knows about it.

searching for "Ampicillin" in pubchem and pdb returns some hits....

Did you want the antibiotic strucuture alone - or complexed with a protein ?

  1. Go to PDB advanced search.
  2. Choose "Biologically Interesting Molecules (from BIRD)" as the query type and "Antibiotic" as the class.
  3. Then click "Result Count".

There are currently 143 entries.

Querying PubChem with "antibiotic" retrieves 1359 CIDs. Of these, 77 have PDB entries
