Convert Nucleotide Gi Numbers To Arabidopsis At Numbers
I received a large amount of proteomic data, but it is tagged to the nucleotide gi number and I want the Arabidopsis AT number for the gene. Is there a method to do this easily?

Try Picr @EBI. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/picr/
It maps one set of identifiers to another, including TAIR. Be aware that for some IDs there may be not one-2-one mappings (i.e. Q9FGQ2 maps to AT5G50800.1 and At5g50800 but this is OK).
