Bigwig To Wig Convertion In Windows Os

Hi,

Is there any tool for bigwig to wig conversion running on windows os? I would like to use some tracks from UCSC genome browser and the only tool I have found is "bigWigToWig" program on UCSC website which run only on linux or mac os.

Perhaps look into Cygwin (http://www.cygwin.com) to compile and run UCSC tools (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/) under Windows.

Be sure to select Make and other utilities when installing cygwin. Rest assured that the applications will take much longer to compile and run. I think its better to run ubuntu in virtualbox.
