Corresponding Position In Mauve Alignment
Hi, i have a mauve alignment of two sequences and there are insertions and deletions between them, is there some way to compute what is the corresponding position of a locus of a sequence in the other given the alignment? i tried doing this in the UI but couldn't, perhaps someone else has done it already.

I don't know if you've already found the solution, if not, have you looked at the backbone file? It gives the full details about the blocks (co-ordinates) and the order corresponds to the input order.
