Plasmodium Orthology
I am looking for an orthology plot of Plasmodium vs human. While I could pull the ORFs from UniProt it would be great if there was a web interface I could upload the two protein sets for such a plot. This does not need to be completely rigorous, just the overall shape would be enough. This would have utility for antimalarial research target deconvolution and would be of interest to the OSDD teams at http://www.thesynapticleap.org/malaria/projects

Does plasmodium have Chorismate Mutase? This is quiet a good target due to absence in higher animals and weak homology among pathogens.
The closest I can think of to your need is Berkley Fat Cat , where you can compare orthologies to many species including human: http://phylogenomics.berkeley.edu/phylofacts/fatcat/
