Looking For Recommendations For Commercial Arrays Designed To Study Epigenetic Changes

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a company that can do methylation array or some array can check epigenetic changes.

I see nimbleGen can do methylation array, but affymetrix tiling array can also do that? What is the difference of work between tiling array and gene array.

I don't quite understand why you still expect to use microarray today. Why not just use bisulfite sequencing?
