Hi, I've been able to go to the HapMap website, download CEU SNP genotype data for my region of interest, and it loads just fine in HaploView and I get the LD plot that I'm looking for. But when I try to do this with CHB or JPT data (from ANY of the HapMap releases) I get a format error that looks something like NAxxxxx, where x=numbers.

Any ideas?
