Hi, I have a list of SNP which I can load into tassel but in order to load that same file to Haploview what format should it be? Already tried changing the numbers -1, 1, 2, 3, 4 for each base saved as .hmp (txt) and then try to open it as a HapMap and I always get an error that something is wrong with one of the genotype (which is not the case). Any ideas?
