Help: Repeatmodeler With Ncbi Engine Error Message
When running RepeatModeler 1.0.5 with ncbi rmblast, I got the following message that seq== 2810RepeatModeler::sampleFromDB() Could not obtain sequence ( entry = 1-0-5, start = 0 end = 2809 ) from the database!.
It seems that the error occurs at line 1783 of the repeatmodeler : "::sampleFromDB() Could not obtain sequence ( entry = $1, . "start = $openCoordStart end = $openCoordEnd ) from", and the program is looking for gi number in some database and die. I cannot figure out how to solve this problem.
Anyone has experience with this and can give any suggestions? Thank you very much !
