I was trying to look at miRNA crystals structures present in PDB. But whenever i try to search miRNA structures there is always a few hits of miRNAs solved structure (1 or 2). Does that mean miRNA solved structures available are very less? and not much studies are done on miRNAs?

To reiterate what Irsan stated above, miRNAs do not form normal crystal structures because they are not translated. That being said, maybe you are thinking about RNA secondary structure? There is lots of data on secondary structure of miRNAs because their cleavage and "creation" is contingent on their secondary structure. This can be computationally predicted, but as I have tried to search for miRNA precursor motifs, this is not easy.
The number of experimentally detected miRNA 2' structures are far less than what one might expect. In my opinion, that is because, most often structure prediction has been the way-to-go for understanding binding mechanism & regulatory roles. In fact there are less that 1000 RNA structures in PDB.

Just a wild guess but maybe there are no entries of miRNA structures in the protein data bank because miRNAs are not translated (as in ribosomal translation) into proteins???
I think the question is about miRNA structure and not the protein product from miRNA
@Isran... upto some extent you are correct.. but as far as my concern there are a few nucleic acid structures present in PDB
