Off topic:How Can One Determine The Significance Of Tajima'S D Scores In A Genome Wide Scan?

I have downloaded a track of genome-wide Tajima's D scores for the human genome, but I do not know how I can specify the significance threshold for these scores? In other words, the question is how confidence limits of D be calculated? Is there any straight forward method for this purpose?
