Nimblegen Methylation Array

Hi,

I am new to this array. I have figured out the intensity.

ID_REF sample1 sample2

MSPI0406S00000183 -3.463852355 -3.736712332

MSPI0406S00000238 -2.631707719 -3.115821748

I want to ask what is the ID MSPI0406S00000183 represent? And what is the intensity?

This looks like it comes from the GEO database? If so, it will be easier to answer if you link to the record there.

If my guess is correct, the values in the column ID_REF represents the NimbleGen probe id. It is an unique identifier for the probe spotted on the array. And, intensity is the log ratio value of red and green channel. Hope this helps.
