Probe Information Of "37Mb Agilent Human Exome Kit"
This may be a weird question.
My collaborator told me that they've used "37MB Agilent Human Exome Kit" for exome capture. I need to know the exact probe coordinates in order to calculate the coverage. Anyone know where I can find such information from Internet?
