Seeking for siRNA screeing data analysis
Hello, I have siRNA (siRNA library) screening data that contains fluorosencense intensity of the targeted protein. I want to know which siRNA. I want to see which siRNA has an impact on that protein expression (positive or negative). I intend to do differential expression analysis (volcano plot). Is there any other idea of what kind analysis I could perform to get most of our data? Thanks in advance! Best regards, BIswa
