Co-relation analysis between three variance
Hello everyone,
I have a query regarding co-relation analysis among three variables. I have a having following column:
"Chr Start End Un-affect-value Negative-value Positive-value"
I want to see perform a stats between Un-affect, Negative and Positive values in R. I am not sure which test I should perform and how. Any help or script share in R would be greatly appreciated.
