I developed a tool for use inside my institution, which I dubbed "Automated Comprehensive NonRedundant Efficient Flowcell Analysis in a Cluster Environment" -- ACNEFACE.

PerM and ComB (tools for NGS sequence mapping and SNP calling) make me chuckle.
