Hi,

I am actually comparing multiple VCFs.. however in my new dataset I am using ancient DNA and hence Eigenstrat format. Multiple scripts are out there to go from VCF to Eigenstrat but couldn't find an easy way to go from Eingestrat to VCF.

I could write my own but pretty sure there is an easier way to go from format to another but can't find any.
