Polygenetic Risk scores
Hello guys, I want to know that if different variants from different genes codes for a particular disease(eg. diabetes). So what's it called? is polygenetic risk score is a related term to that? I have a vcf file that contains variants related to diabetes How do I calculate polygenetic risk scores of that?
