Open Linkout with another web browser
Hi,
I'm trying to link my nodes to new external web resources. These resources are in pdf format and cannot be opened with Cytoscape Web Browser. (I'm using Cytoscape 3.8.2)
How to configure cytoscape and open links (from Linkout) with another web browser (ex :Chrome ...) instead of cyBrowser ?

Greetings, Click Edit->Preferences->Properties to bring up the Cytoscape Preferences Editor. Look under the "cytoscape 3" properties and scroll down until you see "useCyBrowser". Set that to "false", and then close the dialog and exit Cytoscape. When it restarts, it will use your system browser, if possible.
