Blastn max target sequences

Quick question, probably already asked (sorry in this case).

How can i set "Max target sequences" in NCBI BLASTn equal to 1? The minimum value I can set from the website is 10...

Perhaps what you really want is to set "-num_alignments" to 1 ?

You can do it only with local Blast - https://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi?CMD=Web&PAGE_TYPE=BlastDocs&DOC_TYPE=Download
