What is minimum limit for assigning interval during imputation using IMPUTE2?
IMPUTE2 website recommend imputation in region less than 10 Mb to get more accurate predictions. But I need to know what is the minimum value I can set for the procedure. I tried with a distance of 50 Kb (+250 Kb buffer) and I got 99.9 percent concordance. But I am doubtful if that small region imputation will be accurate. The imputed region had less than 200 SNPs. Anyone with experience in this please let your views and suggestions. thank you
