Enrichr Diseases/Drugs Terms Explanation Help
Hi all,
I have a cluster of genes that I am interested in (The number of genes in this set is about 300). Then,I would like to see if this gene set was associated with some diseases, and I analyzed the gene set on the Enrichr website.
However, I am confused about the similar terms in the Diseases/Drugs section, which are the 'Rare Diseases GeneRIF ARCHS4 Predictions' and the 'Rare Diseases GeneRIF Gene Lists'.
Can anyone help me distinguish these two terms? Could you please tell me which one to use?
