Can I do microarray meta-analysis combinning Induced pluripotent stem cells and neurons?
Hello, I am doing a microarray meta-analysis of neurological disorder and studies used induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS). Can I combine both studies? Is it true that microarray meta-analysis can combine arrays from different tissues (skin, brain, lymphoblast)? Thanks
