I am working with the METABRIC breast cancer dataset. In some files I see sample IDs like this:

MTS-T0267
MTS-T0284
MTS-T0288
MTS-T0296

But in other files I see sample IDs like this:

MB-4148
MB-4154
MB-4171
MB-4173
MB-4189

Does anyone know what the relationship is? How can I convert IDs? I tried MTS-T0267 -> MB-0267, but that did not seem to make sense.
