exon skipping and intron retention analyse

Hi, We are interested in exon skipping and intron retention. I found ASprofile which is a suite of programs for extracting, quantifying and comparing alternative splicing (AS) events from RNA-seq data.

Is this the only software or there is anything newer or better?
