LOH Score or rate

Hi guys

Do you have any suggestion on how to calculate LOH score across a sample in WXS data?

I was able to call LOH events with VarScan2, but I would like to know how to calcule LOH score ou rate for all tumor samples. Or is it a simple LOH frequency (=how many patients presented LOH in determined position/SNP) that is used?
