Difference between run and SRA accession
I am checking out BioProject PRJEB20873 in the run selector.
The accompanying paper mentions 10 non-amplicon samples. However, in the run selector I see 20 runs. When I click on two runs belonging to the same SRA accession (starting with ERR, for example ERR1981175 & ERR2014814, which both belong to ERS1739831) I find that they look identical. What is the difference between two runs? Are it duplicates? Or just uploads of the same output on different days?
I looked in the documentation, but couldn't find it
