is it ok for two subspecies sharing one HI-C data ?
Now I already have the long reads of two subspecies, but HI-C data is necessary for chromosome-level assembly, so I want to ask if it was correct to share one HI-C data for these two subspecies? Are there some references? Thanks very much.
