Chicken insulators or CTCF binding sites
Hello,
I'm looking for a list of chicken (Gallus) insulators or CTCF binding sites. I couldn't find anything useful in Google. http://insulatordb.uthsc.edu/ have only 10 regions for chicken.
I would appreciate any help.

Your best shot is probably to scan for CTCF datasets in your species, e.g. via sra-explorer.info and then see whether they provide the binding sites. If not you can still download and process the data yourself.
Thank you! That is what I did eventually, and I found a published list gallous CTCF peaks
