Hi,
sorry for the trivial questions.
I'm performing variant calling on clinical WES data using Freebayes (default settings). I'd like to filter the resulting VCF before the annotation (with VEP or annovar).
Could you recommend some wide-consensus tools and basic settings (coverage, quality) to start with?
