Ksnp Installation

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with kSNP (Gardner et al, 2010)? It was referred by some colleagues while at a meeting. I am told it is difficult to install (I am finding this true) but easy to use and very useful. Does anyone have insights on the installation?

Hey Joe, I've heard about kSNP too, but when I search for it I only find "KSNP radio, 'The Dawg', Burlington, Kansas" and "Korean Standard Nuclear Power". Do you have a link for the program? Maybe I could have a look at the dependencies and see what it takes? I found the paper, but I can't find a link for the program.

Hi, The paper you mentioned says - (first page under "Introduction")

We string together these publicly available tools with a few short PERL scripts and Unix commands.
Code is available on request from the authors.

I think you should contact authors if you want code or manual.
