I am trying to ssGSEA on a gct file I created from an expression matrix and I keep getting the following error that halts the execution of ssGSEA:
Error in if max.ES > -min.ES) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed Calls: ssGSEA.cmdline Execution halted
Any help on what I can do?
