How to distinguish splice variants and paralogs of gene?
PAG (pregnancy associated glycoproteins), these are multi isoform proteins. so, they may be orthologs, paralogs, splice variants etc., I want to distinguish between paralogs and splice variants at the genomic level by using a software tool.
