Main functions, at the cellular level, affected in Alzheimer's disease through a Enrichment Analysis

Hi,

I would need to know the main functions, at the cellular level, that are affected in Alzheimer's disease. Can I obtain a list of genes that are affected in this disease and then using g:profiler and Cytoscape to perform an Enrichment Analysis that shows me the main functions in which these genes intervene? If the answer is affirmative, how many genes should I include in the analysis? What genes can I use as background? Where would it be more appropriate to get the list of genes from String or from "https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/" or through a Pubmed search?

Thanks in advance
