i have performed differential gene expression analysis on microarray data and I got a list of upregulated and down regulated genes between healthy and diseases array samples. further, I want to do functional enrichment analysis on these genes by DAVID annotation tool. after doing this I got the clusters of genes, now I want to make pie chart for these with different headings like biological, cellular, molecular functions. how to create pie graph for molecular,biological and cellular analysis by DAVID annotation tool from gene cluster output. can any one help regarding this...
