What Is The Approximate Yield Per Cluster Of Bridge Amplification (Illumina)
I'm wondering if anyone has data on the approximate yield for a single cluster during bridge amplification. In the context of liquid PCR I imagine it's limited due to physical contraints vs. diffusion but if anyone has data on this, I'd be really interested. thanks!
