Hi This is a simple question which make me thinking through my study I have two different comparison which i did with Deseq2 In first comparison I used 7 data(normal) with 32 data(treat) and the other comparison 7data(normal) vs 7(treat) In these scenarios, I have two different results with my miRNAs. So which one is correct ? 7 vs 7 or 7 vs 32 (All the data and all the procedures, are the same in this test) (The count of data are for example)
