I am currently doing an internship in a bioinformatics laboratory in Strasbourg but my initial training is more about biotechnology and strutcural biology. This field is therefore quite new for me :)

So I wanted to know if someone could explain to me in a simple way how the centromere is located in a de novo fungi sequence ?
