Investigating the dynamic range of a microarray platform from data
How do I calculate the linear dynamic range of an array platform from a dataset of many samples. Any references to previous published or freely available work will also be appreciated.
NB. I understand what the linear dynamic range should be, but just don't know how it's calculated from generated data from an array.
