confirm assembly in pan-genome analysis
hello everyone, after assembled genome for design pan-genome in which one of the stages we can confirm famous genes sequence after assembled each genome,?or after assembled all of the genomes? everyone has experience in this matter(design pan-genome), please take comments for me.
