MG RAST shotgun metagenome Hits changes
I have few shotgun metagenomics samples. There is one of them when analyze it alone I get 300,000 hits against Refseq But when upload other 18 samples the same sample get 11,000 Hits. Not other sample behave like thiis. does any has any idea what id going on? Thanks
