Why is the bowtie option (--no-unal) not present in the help?

Hello All, I realized my bowtie "--no-unal is not present in the help menu, hence I cant add the option when mapping. I have uninstalled and reinstalled bowtie but still same thing? Anyone know why this is? Mysterious. Help

Are you sure? I tested some recent Bowtie versions (e.g., version 1.3.0), and all have this parameter:

  --no-unal          suppress SAM records for unaligned reads

Its strange cos on my other devices I have it, but not in my magnolia account. And yes I am sure
