analysis of runs of homozygosity. : minimum number of SNP in a RUN
hello everybody, while i am working on my analysis of runs of homozygosity. i read a lot that they use certain equation to determine the minimum number of SNP in a RUN to avoid the false positive results. can you help me please how to calculate this equation
