Hello, Can someone help me regarding the results of analyze_diff_expr.pl script? What are ConditionA-UP.subset and ConditionB-UP.subset? In one list, I have got positive logFC value and in other negative. How to determine which DEGs are up regulated and down regulated in certain condition?
