How To Create Such Figure Of Chromosomes ?

I have a set of CNVs occuring in sample 1,2,3,4,5. I need to represent them on a figure where you have

- chromosome 1 : sample 1,2,3,4,5
- chromosome 2: sample 1,2,3,4,5 and so on

A bit like that one :
