I would like to use stringApp from the command-line but could not figure out how to do so.

For example, for protein query, according to the documentation, one should run the following command: string protein query

It is unclear to me how to execute this command via windows command prompt, as I failed to locate an app named string in the installation path of stringApp or anywhere else on my computer.

Is it possible that this command should be executed from a different command prompt? Would you please explain to me how to run stringApp from the command line? Not sure if it is relevant but it works perfectly fine via cytoscape, using the GUI interface.
