How To Import Data Into Dbsnp?
I am new to dpSNP, and I am trying to import a table into dpSNP. The table contains gene name, chromosome, start coordinate and end coordinate of chromosome. I wish to get a table of the dpSNP ids for these genes. I would like to know how can I do that?
Or is there any means to obtain the dpSNP ids with gene name and chromosome coordinates? Thank you very much for answering. My table is like this:
Gene Name Chromosome Start End
ATM chr11 108164040 108164204
